What You Can Do

You can assist us in providing care by doing the following:

1. Always bring current medications (including over-the-counter ones) to each visit.
2. Take your medications exactly as prescribed.
3. Contact your pharmacy for medication refills before you run out.
4. Always keep your scheduled appointments.
5. Let us know if there are any changes that may impact your health care: insurance coverage, contact information, physicians that you see, medication changes, etc.
6. Ask your other doctors to send us copies of any lab tests you have done.
